We learn to roll up our sleeves to avoid getting wet and we also learn to blow our nose to be able to breathe better.

At home we wash our whole body and our hair very well. Mum or dad asks us to wash our hands when they are dirty.

We will be healthier and more acceptable with our hands, face and body clean.

We also learn to brush our teeth.
